We provide two rates to customers as standard

Pay as you go - This is a slightly higher rate often taken temporarily by new clients

Contract - Sign up for a support contract with an SLA and not only get the reassurance of gaurnteed service response to every query and issue but also enjoy a discounted rate.

Specialised services and out of hours work may incur a variation of the standard rates.
